BMS settings

The BMS is a Daly Smart BMS with Bluetooth, Li-ion 12S 80A.

One must connect to the BMS via the smartphone app to set the settings and enable the BMS. To be able to connect, you might need to press the button on the bluetooth puck first:

It is located on the underside of the wooden plate to protect it, but it can be accessed without removing the battery:

The important settings:

• Capacity 111 Ah for the second generation eGolf batteries, 75 Ah for the first generation
• Maximum discharge current 250A
• Maximum charge current 20A
• The SOC must be set to 100% when the battery is fully charged for the first time - it will not do it automatically!
