PowerPack Classic 300/400

10S4P, straightforward, but has a nasty flex sense harness that must be handled with extreme care.

We can do capacity checks only with the Bosch diagnostic tool, and we can do recell as long as the BMS is good.

The adapter dongle for the charger (black) and the capacity measuring device (blue) are different and cannot be used interchangeably.

Cut these patterns for connecting them:

You will be able to use a longer piece on one point to connect 8 cells.

At B+ and B-, you will need to use the Dremel to take off small plastic pins in order to be able to place the nickel strip.

For the double layers, don't forget to use the high current setting on the welder.

Reattaching the sense harness

Lay the harness flat, and evenly work it down to fit nicely on the plastic tabs. Make sure the temperature sensor is nicely seated.

Use very careful soldering to reattach the sense to the cells. First heat the nickel plate, then the flex cable. Remember, the flex cable has next to no thermal inertia!!
