Go Swissdrive 36V
GO SwissDrive went bankrupt in January 2019. The battery has a single Rosenberger connector that is uses for both charging and discharging.
It is possible to do recell on them if the BMS works reliably. We do not have replacement BMS.
Disassembly
- 5 screws on the front, mostly T15, one T10
- The screws are covered by plastic inserts. They can be pulled out with sharp needles.
- They must go back to the exact same place!! They have groves that don't allow them to slide anywhere else. See picture below.
- They must slide smoothly, if they are stuck, you did it wrong.
- 4 screws on the back, T15
- Cut the two silver stickers on the bottom
- You need to pry a bit to open it up, it is the easier to do it from the bottom
- 5 silver T15s hold the pack into the housing.
- Do not confuse them with those that hold the bracket together!
- 4 silver T10s hold the power wires into the BMS
